Brussels Gold — Belgium
A rich golden Belgian waffle-inspired drink with caramel and creamy foam. Perfect for World Cup 2026.

Ingredients
- 1 oz dark caramel syrup
- 0.5 oz vanilla syrup
- 3 oz oat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 oz aquafaba (chickpea water) for foam
- Ice cubes
- Cinnamon dust and caramel drizzle, for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine caramel syrup, vanilla syrup, oat milk, and cinnamon with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- In a separate shaker, dry-shake the aquafaba vigorously for 30 seconds until foamy.
- Spoon the aquafaba foam on top of the drink.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the foam and dust with cinnamon.
- Serve immediately — the golden color with white foam is gorgeous.
