Douala Ginger Punch — Cameroon
A fiery golden ginger and pineapple punch inspired by Cameroon's bold flavors. Perfect for World Cup 2026.

Ingredients
- 2-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz honey
- Pinch of ground white pepper
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple leaf and lime wheel, for garnish
Instructions
- Grate the ginger and squeeze through a fine mesh strainer to extract the juice.
- In a shaker, combine ginger juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, honey, and white pepper with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf and lime wheel.
- Serve immediately — the golden color glows and the ginger hits!
