Coconut Water Electrolyte
A hydrating, post-workout mocktail with under 45 calories. Perfect for recovery. Made with pure coconut water, lime, and sea salt.

Ingredients
- 6.0 oz pure unflavored coconut water (Harmless Harvest)
- 0.75 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
- 4.0 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with fresh ice cubes.
- Pour the pure coconut water and sparkling water over the ice.
- Add the fresh lime juice and a tiny pinch of Himalayan sea salt.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and serve immediately.
