Ginger Lemon Fat Burner

Ingredients
- 1.0 tbsp fresh grated ginger root
- 1.0 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 8.0 oz boiling purified water
- 1 dash McCormick Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 4 drops Wholesome Organic Liquid Stevia
Instructions
- Grate your fresh ginger root using a microplane and place the pulp directly into a tea infuser or the bottom of your mug.
- Pour 8 ounces of rolling boiling water over the ginger and let it steep undisturbed for a full 5 minutes.
- Remove the ginger pulp or strain the liquid into a clean mug to clear out any stray woody fibers.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice, liquid stevia, and a single, careful dash of ground cayenne pepper.
- Serve immediately while steaming hot, floating a thin lemon wheel on top if desired.
