Highland Heather — Scotland
A deep purple blackberry and heather honey drink inspired by the Scottish Highlands. Perfect for World Cup 2026.

Ingredients
- 6 fresh blackberries
- 0.75 oz heather honey (or dark wildflower honey)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 small sprig fresh rosemary
- 3 oz ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
- Ice cubes
- Blackberries and rosemary sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the blackberries with honey and lemon juice until fully broken down.
- Add the rosemary sprig and ice. Shake for 10 seconds.
- Double-strain through a fine mesh strainer into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently once.
- Garnish with 2-3 fresh blackberries and a small rosemary sprig.
- Serve immediately — the deep purple color is dramatic and beautiful.
