Belgrade Blush Serbian mocktail — deep red raspberry and rose hip drink

Ingredients

6 fresh raspberries
3 oz rose hip tea, cooled and strong-brewed
0.75 oz honey syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz sparkling water
Ice cubes
Fresh raspberries and mint leaf, for garnish

Instructions

In a shaker, muddle the raspberries with honey syrup.
Add the cooled rose hip tea, lemon juice, and ice. Shake for 10 seconds.
Double-strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and a mint leaf.
Serve immediately — the deep red color is gorgeous.
