Alpine Meadow Swiss mocktail — crisp green apple and elderflower spritz with fresh herbs

Ingredients

3 oz fresh green apple juice
1 oz elderflower cordial
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
3 oz sparkling water
Fresh thyme sprig
Ice cubes
Thin apple slice and thyme sprig, for garnish

Instructions

Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
Pour in the green apple juice, elderflower cordial, and lemon juice.
Stir gently to combine.
Top with sparkling water.
Gently slap the thyme sprig between your palms to release the oils, then add it to the glass.
Garnish with a thin apple slice and serve immediately.
