Royal Rose Lemonade mocktail for England — soft pink drink in a tall Collins glass with strawberry slices and rose petal

Ingredients

6 fresh strawberries (hulled)
0.5 oz rose syrup (Monin)
2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
6 oz sparkling water
Ice
Strawberry slices and edible rose petal, for garnish

Instructions

Blend the strawberries with 1 oz water until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
In a shaker with ice, combine strawberry puree, rose syrup, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Shake for 8 seconds to chill.
Strain evenly into two tall Collins glasses filled with ice.
Top each with 3 oz sparkling water and stir once gently.
Garnish with thin strawberry slices pressed against the inside of the glass and a single edible rose petal floating on top.
