Nordic Berry Fizz — Norway
A bright berry-red Scandinavian mocktail with cranberry, lingonberry, lime, and rosemary. Crisp and tart for World Cup 2026 watch parties.

Ingredients
- 4 oz 100% cranberry juice (Ocean Spray Pure, unsweetened)
- 2 oz lingonberry concentrate (Felix or IKEA brand)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz rosemary simple syrup (homemade or Monin)
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice
- Fresh rosemary sprig and frozen cranberries, for garnish
Instructions
- If making rosemary syrup: simmer 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 2 rosemary sprigs for 5 minutes. Cool and strain.
- In a shaker with ice, combine cranberry juice, lingonberry concentrate, lime juice, and rosemary syrup.
- Shake for 10 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into two highball glasses filled with fresh ice.
- Top each with 2 oz sparkling water and stir once.
- Slap a rosemary sprig between your palms to release the oils, then place it in the glass.
- Drop 3-4 frozen cranberries into each glass for color and garnish.
