Mango Coconut Cooler
A creamy tropical escape blending ripe mango with coconut milk and a hint of lime.

Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cubed (or 1 cup frozen mango)
- 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish
- Lime wheel, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the mango, coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave nectar to a blender.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness — ripe mangos may need less sweetener.
- Pour into two glasses.
- Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a lime wheel.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw.
