Sparkling Berry Fizz
A sophisticated sparkling drink with muddled berries, lemon, and rosemary that's perfect for celebrations.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
- 4 oz sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish
- Lemon wheel, for garnish
- Extra berries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker or sturdy glass, add the blueberries and blackberries.
- Muddle the berries firmly until they release their juices — you want them well broken down.
- Add the lemon juice and rosemary simple syrup. Stir to combine.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a coupe glass or wine glass filled with ice.
- Top slowly with sparkling water, pouring gently to preserve the bubbles.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary, a lemon wheel, and a few whole berries floating on top.
- Serve immediately while the fizz is still lively.
