The Milwaukee Malted
A creamy golden root beer float-style mocktail in a beer mug, inspired by the Milwaukee Brewers.

Ingredients
- 8 oz craft root beer (chilled)
- 0.5 oz vanilla simple syrup
- 2 oz heavy cream + 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (for the float)
- Ice
- Caramel drizzle, for garnish
Instructions
- Chill a beer mug in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Make the vanilla cream: whisk heavy cream and vanilla extract until slightly thickened (about 30 seconds).
- Add ice to the chilled mug.
- Pour root beer and vanilla simple syrup over the ice. Stir gently.
- Slowly pour the vanilla cream over the back of a spoon onto the surface. It will float on top.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cream float and serve immediately.
