The Velvet Kiss
A silky raspberry-rose mocktail with vanilla cream. Deep red, romantic, and perfect for Valentine's Day or date night.

Ingredients
- 4 oz raspberry puree (fresh or frozen, strained)
- 1 oz vanilla syrup (Monin or homemade)
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp rose water (Nielsen-Massey)
- 3 oz oat milk or light cream
- Ice
- Fresh raspberries and dried rose petals, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend 1 cup raspberries and strain through a fine mesh strainer to make smooth puree.
- In a shaker, combine raspberry puree, vanilla syrup, lemon juice, and rose water with ice.
- Shake for 10 seconds to chill the berry base.
- Add oat milk or light cream and shake gently for 5 more seconds.
- Strain evenly into two coupe glasses.
- Garnish with a raspberry skewer and a dried rose petal on top.
- Serve immediately — the cream can separate if it sits too long.
