Pillow Talk
A creamy chamomile-honey nightcap with oat milk and vanilla. Soft, calming, perfect for winding down on date night.

Ingredients
- 8 oz strong chamomile tea (brewed 5 minutes, covered)
- 4 oz oat milk (barista-style preferred)
- 1 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and warm water)
- 2 tiny drops vanilla extract
- Tiny pinch of fine sea salt
- Ground cinnamon or dried chamomile flowers, for garnish
Instructions
- Brew 8 oz strong chamomile tea using 2 tea bags, covered, for 5 full minutes. Remove bags.
- Warm oat milk gently in a small saucepan or microwave — do not let it boil.
- Stir honey syrup into the hot tea until dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract and a tiny pinch of salt.
- Pour warm oat milk into the tea and stir until smooth and combined.
- Divide between two warm mugs.
- Garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon or a few dried chamomile flowers.
