Brunch Bubbles Mocktail Flight

Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh blood orange juice
- 2 oz chilled sparkling mineral water
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 2 oz peach nectar
- 1 oz chilled strong-brewed black tea
- 1 oz chilled sparkling mineral water
- 1.5 oz cold brew coffee concentrate
- 0.5 oz pure Grade A maple syrup
- 2 oz chilled tonic water
- 2 oz fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz rosemary simple syrup
- 1.5 oz chilled sparkling mineral water
- Fresh blood orange wheels for garnish
- Fresh peach slices for garnish
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the rosemary simple syrup by simmering equal parts sugar and water with fresh rosemary sprigs until dissolved, then cool completely.
- Brew a small batch of strong black tea and chill it in the refrigerator until cold.
- For the Blood Orange pour: Combine blood orange juice and agave in a 4-ounce tasting glass, stir well, and top with sparkling mineral water.
- For the Peach Tea pour: Mix peach nectar and chilled black tea in a second tasting glass, then gently stir in the sparkling mineral water.
- For the Cold Brew Maple pour: Stir the cold brew concentrate and maple syrup together in a third tasting glass before topping with tonic water.
- For the Grapefruit Rosemary pour: Combine grapefruit juice and rosemary syrup in the final tasting glass, topping with sparkling mineral water.
- Arrange the four glasses on a wooden serving board or flight paddle.
- Garnish each glass with its corresponding aromatic: blood orange wheel, peach slice, cinnamon stick, and rosemary sprig.
