Buckeye Orchard (Ohio Apple Caramel)
A warm Ohio autumn mocktail with fresh apple cider, caramel drizzle, and cinnamon spice. Ready in 8 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 oz fresh-pressed apple cider (unfiltered)
- 1 oz caramel sauce, plus more for rim
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz cinnamon simple syrup
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 3 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Cinnamon stick and thin apple slice, for garnish
Instructions
- Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside rim of a tall glass, letting it drip down slightly.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- In a shaker with ice, combine apple cider, caramel sauce, lemon juice, cinnamon simple syrup, and a pinch of nutmeg.
- Shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared glass over the ice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently once.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a thin apple slice.
- Serve immediately — the caramel drizzle looks best when freshly made.
