Canyon Aromatic Cooler

Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1 oz cucumber juice (freshly pressed or muddled)
- 0.5 oz sage-infused simple syrup
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 oz chilled club soda
- 1 fresh sage sprig for garnish
- 1 thin cucumber ribbon for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the sage syrup by simmering equal parts sugar and water with a handful of sage leaves for 5 minutes, then cool and strain.
- 2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the pineapple juice, cucumber juice, lime juice, and sage syrup.
- 3. Add a generous handful of ice to the shaker and secure the lid tightly.
- 4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels frost-cold.
- 5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- 6. Top the glass with chilled club soda and stir gently with a long spoon to integrate the flavors.
- 7. Garnish with a fresh sage sprig and a cucumber ribbon to enhance the aromatic experience.
