Virgin Mojito
The classic Cuban cocktail reimagined — fresh mint, lime, and sparkling water create pure refreshment.

Ingredients
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 6 oz sparkling water or club soda
- Crushed ice
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Add the lime juice and simple syrup.
- Gently muddle the mint — press and twist, don't pulverize. You want to release the oils without shredding the leaves.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour the sparkling water over the ice.
- Stir gently from the bottom up to distribute the mint and lime throughout.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a fresh mint sprig. Slap the mint between your palms first to release its aroma.
- Serve with a straw and enjoy immediately.
