Cumbia Cooler — Colombia
A bright golden lulo and passion fruit cooler inspired by Colombia's tropical flavors. Perfect for World Cup 2026.

Ingredients
- 2 oz lulo pulp (frozen, thawed)
- 2 oz passion fruit pulp
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz panela syrup (or raw sugar simple syrup)
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lime wheel and passion fruit seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine lulo pulp, passion fruit pulp, lime juice, and panela syrup with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and scatter a few passion fruit seeds on top.
- Serve immediately — the bright golden color is pure Colombian sunshine.
