Las Vegas High Roller
A glamorous gold passion fruit and ginger mocktail with edible gold flakes — Vegas luxury without the hangover. Ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 oz passion fruit juice or puree
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- 0.5 oz fresh ginger juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Edible gold flakes, for garnish
- Gold sugar, for rim
- Dehydrated orange wheel and cherry, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the rim: spread gold sugar on a plate. Run an orange wedge around the rim of a coupe glass and dip into the gold sugar.
- In a shaker with ice, combine passion fruit juice, orange juice, ginger juice, and honey syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- Double-strain into the prepared coupe glass.
- Top with sparkling water, pouring gently.
- Using a small spoon, carefully drop a pinch of edible gold flakes onto the surface of the drink. They will float and shimmer.
- Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and a cherry on a gold cocktail pick.
- Serve immediately — the gold flakes look most dramatic when the drink is still.
