The Desert Bloom
A vivid magenta prickly pear and hibiscus mocktail with a Tajín rim, inspired by the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Ingredients
- 2 oz hibiscus tea (brewed strong and cooled)
- 1.5 oz prickly pear syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz sparkling water
- Tajín + flaky sea salt blend, for rim
- Ice
- Lime wheel and cactus pick, for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the Tajín-salt rim: combine equal parts Tajín and flaky sea salt on a small plate.
- Wet the rim of a rocks glass with lime juice and dip into the Tajín-salt blend.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Combine hibiscus tea, prickly pear syrup, and lime juice. Stir well.
- Pour over ice and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim.
