Three Lions Lemonade English mocktail — elegant elderflower and cucumber lemonade

Ingredients

3 slices English cucumber, peeled
1 oz elderflower cordial
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz sparkling water
Ice cubes
Cucumber ribbon and lemon wheel, for garnish

Instructions

In a tall glass, gently muddle the cucumber slices with simple syrup.
Add elderflower cordial and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Fill the glass with ice.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently once.
Garnish with a long cucumber ribbon wrapped around the inside of the glass and a lemon wheel.
Serve immediately — the pale green color is subtle and elegant.
