Provence Lavender — France
A pale purple lavender and lemon spritz inspired by the French Provence countryside. Perfect for World Cup 2026.

Ingredients
- 1 oz lavender simple syrup (recipe below)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh lavender sprig and lemon wheel, for garnish
- For lavender syrup: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender
Instructions
- Make lavender syrup: combine sugar, water, and lavender in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Steep 15 min, strain. (Makes enough for 16 drinks.)
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add lavender syrup and fresh lemon juice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a fresh lavender sprig and a lemon wheel.
- Serve immediately — the pale purple color is gorgeous in natural light.
