Ingredients
- 2 oz pomegranate juice
- 0.5 oz grenadine
- 1.5 oz coconut cream
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz butterfly pea flower sparkling water (or blue-tinted sparkling water)
- Ice cubes
- Red, white, and blue star sprinkles for garnish
- Maraschino cherry and blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a tall highball glass with ice cubes.
- Combine pomegranate juice and grenadine. Pour slowly over the ice — this is your red layer.
- In a small bowl, mix coconut cream and simple syrup until smooth. Using the back of a spoon held just above the red layer, slowly pour the coconut cream to create the white middle layer.
- Slowly pour the butterfly pea flower sparkling water over the back of a spoon to create the blue top layer.
- Garnish with a cherry, a few blueberries on a pick, and a sprinkle of star-shaped sprinkles on top.
- Serve immediately — do not stir. Let your guests admire the layers before drinking.
