Ingredients

3 oz cranberry juice (100% juice)
1.5 oz pomegranate juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
2 oz sparkling water
Gold sugar crystals mixed with edible gold luster dust, for rim
Ice cubes
Rosemary sprig and gold eagle cocktail pick, for garnish

Instructions

Mix gold sugar crystals and a pinch of edible gold luster dust on a small plate.
Wet the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge, then dip in the gold sugar mixture.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
In a shaker with ice, combine cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake for 10 seconds.
Strain into the prepared glass over the ice.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently once.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig standing upright and a gold eagle cocktail pick.
