Cucumber Mint Refresher
A hydrating, spa-like mocktail with under 15 calories. Perfect for post-workout recovery. Made with fresh cucumber, mint, and lime.

Ingredients
- 4 muddled English cucumber slices
- 6 fresh garden mint leaves
- 0.75 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 6.0 oz Canada Dry Club Soda
- 0.25 oz Monin Sugar Free Sweetener
Instructions
- Place the English cucumber slices, fresh mint leaves, and sugar-free sweetener in the bottom of a sturdy mixing glass.
- Gently press with a muddler to release the juices and essential oils without tearing the leaves to shreds.
- Add the fresh lime juice and fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour the Canada Dry Club Soda over the top and stir from the bottom up to integrate the flavors.
- Slap a fresh mint sprig against your wrist to release the aromatics and tuck it into the ice for garnish.
