Porto Sunset — Portugal
A rich ruby-red grape and port-style mocktail with warming spices inspired by Portugal. Perfect for World Cup 2026.

Ingredients
- 4 oz Concord grape juice (100%)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 1 strip orange zest
- 0.5 oz honey
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Orange zest twist and cinnamon stick, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, gently warm the grape juice with cinnamon stick, star anise, and orange zest for 5 minutes (don't boil).
- Remove from heat, stir in honey, and let cool to room temperature. Strain out the spices.
- Add lemon juice to the spiced grape concentrate.
- Pour over ice in a wine glass or port glass.
- Garnish with a fresh orange zest twist and a cinnamon stick.
- Serve — the deep ruby color looks exactly like port wine.
