Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh blueberries and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
- 1. In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, combine the fresh blueberries and mint leaves.
- 2. Muddle the blueberries and mint thoroughly until the berries are crushed and the mint is fragrant.
- 3. Add the fresh lemon juice and honey syrup to the mixture.
- 4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to chill the ingredients.
- 5. Double strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice to remove the berry skins and mint bits.
- 6. Top with sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
- 7. Garnish with a few whole blueberries and a fresh sprig of mint.
