Cranberry Rosemary Harvest Punch

Ingredients
- 4 cups unsweetened cranberry juice
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 cup rosemary simple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 cups chilled ginger beer
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (for garnish)
- 2 medium oranges, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- 8-10 fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
- Large ice cubes or an ice ring
Instructions
- In a large glass pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, rosemary simple syrup, and fresh orange juice.
- Stir the juice mixture thoroughly until the syrup is fully integrated.
- Add the orange slices and half of the fresh cranberries to the pitcher.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld and the liquid to reach a cold temperature.
- Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled ginger beer and stir lightly to combine without losing carbonation.
- Fill individual glasses with ice and pour the punch, ensuring each glass receives a few cranberries and an orange slice.
- Garnish each glass with a fresh rosemary sprig to provide an aromatic element with every sip.
