Golden Cornfield Cooler
A unique non-alcoholic pitcher drink featuring sweet corn tea, vanilla, and ginger beer. Perfect for game-day tailgates and autumn celebrations.

Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup roasted corn kernels or 4 sweet corn tea bags
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (approx. 5-6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup vanilla simple syrup
- 24 ounces spicy ginger beer, chilled
- 1 tablespoon smoked sea salt (for rimming)
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Lemon wheels for garnish
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Add the roasted corn kernels or tea bags, remove from heat, and steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a large pitcher and allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice and vanilla simple syrup until well combined.
- To serve, moisten the rims of 8 glasses with a lemon wedge and dip into the smoked sea salt.
- Fill the pitcher with ice and slowly pour in the chilled ginger beer, stirring gently to combine without losing carbonation.
- Pour the cooler into the prepared glasses and garnish each with a lemon wheel.
