Love Letter mocktail — blush pink lychee rose and white peach drink in a stemmed glass with rose petal

Ingredients

4 oz white peach nectar
3 oz lychee juice (or canned lychee syrup)
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 tsp rose water
0.5 oz cranberry juice (for blush color)
4 oz sparkling water
Ice
Lychee fruits and edible rose petals, for garnish

Instructions

Add ice to a shaker.
Combine white peach nectar, lychee juice, lemon juice, rose water, and cranberry juice.
Shake for 8 seconds until cold.
Strain evenly into two coupe or stemmed glasses.
Top each with 2 oz sparkling water and stir once.
Garnish with a lychee fruit on the rim and an edible rose petal floating on top.
