A blush-pink rose and raspberry mocktail with edible rose petals — glamorous, feminine, and utterly Hollywood. Ready in 8 minutes.
By Larry Leo | Prep: | Servings: 1 | Difficulty: Medium
Ingredients
- 2 oz raspberry juice (fresh raspberries blended and strained)
- 1 oz white grape juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 tsp rose water (no more — trust me)
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Edible rose petals, for garnish
- Fresh raspberry on a crystal pick, for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker with ice, combine raspberry juice, white grape juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and rose water.
- Shake gently for 10 seconds — you want this chilled but not over-diluted.
- Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Top with sparkling water, pouring very gently to preserve the delicate color.
- Float 3-4 edible rose petals on the surface of the drink.
- Thread a fresh raspberry onto a crystal cocktail pick and rest it across the rim.
- Serve immediately — this drink is meant to be admired before it's sipped.
