Ingredients

- 2-3 whole blackberries for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Place the blackberries, honey, and lime juice into a sturdy mixing glass or cocktail shaker.
- 2. Muddle the ingredients thoroughly until the berries are completely crushed and the honey has integrated with the juice.
- 3. Pour the chilled green tea over the muddled mixture and stir briefly to combine the flavors.
- 4. Double-strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- 5. Top the glass with the sparkling mineral water, stirring very gently to incorporate without losing the carbonation.
- 6. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a few whole blackberries to complete the presentation.
