- 3 oz fresh apple cider
- 1/2 oz real maple syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

- Crushed ice
- Thin apple slices for fan garnish
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Fill a copper mug or highball glass with crushed ice.
- In a separate mixing glass, combine the fresh apple cider, real maple syrup, and fresh lime juice.
- Stir the mixture vigorously for 15 seconds to ensure the maple syrup is fully dissolved and integrated.
- Pour the cider and maple mixture over the ice in the prepared mug.
- Top the glass with the spicy ginger beer.
- Gently stir once with a bar spoon to combine the layers without dissipating the carbonation.
- Arrange the apple slices into a fan and place them on top of the ice, then tuck in the rosemary sprig for aroma.
