Caramel Apple Cream Soda
A decadent fall mocktail featuring cloudy apple cider, homemade caramel syrup, and a silky cream finish. A perfect non-alcoholic autumn treat.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cloudy apple cider (unfiltered)
- 1 ounce homemade caramel syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 ounce half-and-half
- 3 ounces chilled club soda
- 1 cup cracked ice
- 1 thin apple slice for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the cloudy apple cider, homemade caramel syrup, and vanilla bean paste in a mixing glass.
- Stir the mixture vigorously for approximately 10 seconds until the vanilla bean paste is fully integrated.
- Fill a tall highball glass with 1 cup of cracked ice.
- Pour the cider and caramel mixture over the ice.
- Slowly pour the half-and-half over the back of a bar spoon into the glass to create a layered effect.
- Top the glass with chilled club soda.
- Stir very gently once from the bottom to incorporate the layers without losing the carbonation.
- Garnish with a thin apple slice and serve immediately.
