Ingredients
- 4 fl oz cold brew coffee concentrate
- 2 fl oz fresh unfiltered apple cider
- 1 fl oz cinnamon-honey syrup
- 2 fl oz full-fat oat milk
- 1.5 fl oz soda water, chilled
- Fresh ice cubes
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Fill a tall highball glass with fresh ice cubes to the brim.
- Pour the cold brew coffee concentrate, unfiltered apple cider, and cinnamon-honey syrup over the ice.
- Stir the base mixture gently with a long bar spoon for 10 seconds to chill and combine.
- Slowly pour the oat milk over the back of the spoon to create a soft, creamy layer atop the coffee base.
- Top the glass with chilled soda water, allowing the bubbles to naturally mix the layers slightly.
- Garnish with a light dusting of ground cinnamon and serve immediately with a straw.
