Cranberry Sage Cider Sparkler
A crisp and aromatic non-alcoholic fall drink featuring apple cider, tart cranberry, and fresh sage. Perfect for autumn gatherings and holidays.

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 fresh sage leaves
- 1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
- 2 ounces unsweetened cranberry juice
- 3 ounces chilled apple cider
- 4 ounces chilled ginger ale
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Fresh sage sprig and orange slice for garnish
Instructions
- Place the fresh sage leaves in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Use a muddler to gently press the leaves 3 to 4 times until fragrant, taking care not to tear the leaves into small pieces.
- Add the fresh orange juice and unsweetened cranberry juice to the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the apple cider and stir gently with a long spoon to incorporate the juices.
- Top the glass with ginger ale.
- Give a final quick stir to blend the layers without dissipating the carbonation.
- Garnish with a fresh sage sprig and an orange slice before serving.
