Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh peach puree (1 ripe peach, blended)
- 3 oz brewed black tea (cooled and sweetened with 1 tsp brown sugar)
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz vanilla extract
- 1 oz ginger ale
- Smoked salt (hickory), for rim
- Ice

Instructions
- Rim a mason jar or tall glass with smoked salt: wet the rim with peach juice and dip into hickory smoked salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Combine peach puree, sweetened black tea, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Pour over ice.
- Top with ginger ale and stir gently once.
- Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a peach slice on the rim.
- Lightly slap the rosemary between your palms before placing — this releases the aromatic oils.
