Lone Star Jalapeño — Texas
A fiery red jalapeño and watermelon agua fresca celebrating Texas as a World Cup 2026 host state.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh watermelon chunks (seedless)
- 1 thin slice fresh jalapeño (seeds removed)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz agave syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Ice cubes
- Watermelon wedge and jalapeño slice, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend watermelon chunks until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
- In a shaker, muddle the jalapeño slice with agave syrup.
- Add the watermelon juice, lime juice, salt, and ice. Shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a watermelon wedge and a thin jalapeño slice on the rim.
- Serve immediately — the deep red color with the green jalapeño garnish is stunning.
