Cherry Blossom Capital DC mocktail — delicate pink cherry blossom and white peach

Ingredients

2 oz white peach puree (or peach nectar)
1 oz cherry blossom (sakura) syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
3 oz sparkling white grape juice
Ice cubes
Edible flower and peach slice, for garnish

Instructions

In a champagne flute or coupe glass, combine white peach puree, sakura syrup, and lemon juice.
