Emerald City — Seattle
A deep green matcha and pear drink celebrating Seattle as a World Cup 2026 host city.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ceremonial-grade matcha
- 1 oz warm water
- 3 oz pear juice (or blend 1 ripe pear)
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Pear slice, for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk matcha with 1 oz warm water until smooth and lump-free.
- Let the matcha cool slightly.
- In a tall glass, combine matcha, pear juice, honey syrup, and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Fill with ice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a thin pear slice.
- Serve immediately — the deep green color is gorgeous.
