Ingredients
- 4 oz mango pulp (Goya frozen, blended smooth)
- 2 oz passion fruit juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Edible gold luster dust, for garnish
- Mango slice and lime wheel, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the mango pulp until completely smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove any fibers.
- In a shaker, combine the strained mango, passion fruit juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and turmeric.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into two chilled coupe glasses filled with fresh ice.
- Top each glass with 2 oz sparkling water and stir once gently.
- Dust the surface with a pinch of edible gold luster dust — it will shimmer on contact with the liquid.
- Garnish with a mango slice and lime wheel on the rim.
- Serve immediately while the gold is still sparkling.
