Istanbul Sunset — Turkey
A deep red pomegranate and rose water drink with saffron float inspired by Turkey. Perfect for World Cup 2026.

Ingredients
- 4 oz pomegranate juice (100% juice)
- 1/4 teaspoon rose water
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 2-3 saffron threads dissolved in 1 tbsp warm water
- Ice cubes
- Pomegranate arils and rose petals, for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve saffron threads in 1 tablespoon warm water and set aside for 5 minutes.
- In a glass filled with ice, combine pomegranate juice, rose water, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Using a bar spoon, slowly float the saffron water on top of the drink.
- Scatter pomegranate arils and a few dried rose petals on top.
- Serve immediately — the two-toned effect is mesmerizing.
