Philly Liberty Bell mocktail — bold cranberry and apple cider with warming spices

Ingredients

2 oz fresh apple cider (unfiltered)
2 oz cranberry juice (100%)
0.5 oz maple syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
2 oz ginger beer
Ice cubes
Apple slice and cinnamon stick, for garnish

Instructions

In a tall glass, combine apple cider, cranberry juice, maple syrup, and lemon juice.
Stir well to combine.
Fill with ice and add the cinnamon stick.
Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
Garnish with a thin apple slice and the cinnamon stick.
Serve immediately — the deep red-amber color is gorgeous.
