Champion's Cup
A bold deep-red pomegranate, hibiscus, and rosemary mocktail worthy of a World Cup champion. Complex, dramatic, and ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 oz POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 2 oz strong-brewed hibiscus tea (Bigelow, double-strength, cooled)
- 1.5 oz rosemary simple syrup (see eeatNote for recipe)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish
- Pomegranate arils, for garnish
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
- Make the rosemary simple syrup ahead of time and allow to cool completely (see eeatNote).
- Brew 4 oz of hibiscus tea using 2 tea bags in 4 oz of hot water. Steep for 8 minutes for maximum color and flavor. Cool completely.
- In a shaker, combine the pomegranate juice, hibiscus tea, rosemary syrup, and lemon juice.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into two large wine glasses or rocks glasses filled with a single large ice cube.
- Top each glass with 1.5 oz sparkling water and stir once gently.
- Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig, a small cluster of pomegranate arils, and a lemon twist.
- Serve immediately — the color is most dramatic when freshly poured.
