Papelón con Limón — Venezuela
A warm amber raw cane sugar and lime refresher — Venezuela's beloved street drink for World Cup 2026.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons grated panela (raw cane sugar)
- 2 oz warm water (to dissolve panela)
- 2 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lime wheel and sugarcane stick (optional), for garnish
Instructions
- Grate or finely chop the panela and dissolve in 2 oz warm water. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Let the panela water cool to room temperature.
- Add fresh lime juice and cold water. Stir well.
- Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a sugarcane stick if available.
- Serve immediately — the warm amber color is beautiful and natural.
