Rainbow Nation Rooibos — South Africa
A warm amber rooibos tea cooler with honey, lemon, and cinnamon. South Africa's iconic tea reimagined for the 2026 World Cup.

Ingredients
- 4 oz strong-brewed rooibos tea, cooled
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)
- 2 oz sparkling water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Ice cubes
- Lemon wheel and cinnamon stick, for garnish
Instructions
- Brew rooibos tea strong (2 bags in 4 oz hot water) and let cool to room temperature, or chill in the fridge.
- In a tall glass filled with ice, combine the cooled rooibos tea, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Stir well to combine — the honey syrup needs to be fully incorporated.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently once.
- Add a cinnamon stick to the glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.
- Serve immediately — the amber color glows beautifully in natural light.
