Confluence Pear Chamomile Sparkler

Ingredients
- 2 oz pear nectar
- 1 oz toasted honey syrup
- 3 oz chilled chamomile tea
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz soda water
- Fresh pear slices for garnish
- Dried chamomile flowers for garnish
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of chamomile tea and allow it to chill completely before use.
- Combine the pear nectar, toasted honey syrup, chilled tea, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10 seconds to ensure it is well-chilled and integrated.
- Strain the liquid into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top the glass with soda water and stir gently to combine the layers.
- Garnish with thin slices of fresh pear and a sprinkle of dried chamomile flowers.
