By Larry Leo | Prep: | Servings: 2 | Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
- 6 oz white grape juice (100%, not cocktail blend)
- 1.5 oz elderflower cordial (Belvoir Farm)
- 0.5 oz lavender syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz sparkling water (Topo Chico or San Pellegrino)
- Ice
- Lemon twists and tiny dried lavender sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Chill two coupe or wine glasses for at least 10 minutes.
- In a shaker with ice, combine white grape juice, elderflower cordial, lavender syrup, and fresh lemon juice.
- Shake gently for 8 seconds — you're chilling and blending, not trying to foam it.
- Strain evenly into the two chilled glasses.
- Top each with 2 oz sparkling water and stir once with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and one tiny dried lavender sprig. Keep the garnish small so the aroma stays balanced.
