Candlelit Negroni
A bitter blood orange and rosemary mocktail inspired by the classic Negroni. Complex, grown-up, perfect for date night.

Ingredients
- 4 oz blood orange juice (fresh preferred)
- 2 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1 oz zero-proof aperitif (Ghia or All The Bitter)
- 0.5 oz rosemary syrup (homemade or store-bought)
- 4 dashes non-alcoholic bitters
- 2 oz soda water (optional)
- Ice (2 large cubes for serving)
- Rosemary sprigs and blood orange wheels, for garnish
Instructions
- Place one large ice cube in each of two rocks glasses.
- In a mixing glass, combine blood orange juice, grapefruit juice, zero-proof aperitif, rosemary syrup, and bitters.
- Add ice and stir for 20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain over the large cubes in each glass.
- Add a 1 oz splash of soda water to each if you want a lighter finish.
- Garnish with a slapped rosemary sprig and a blood orange wheel.
